Unexpected MSA scrolling behavior

      Description

      1. Open file "data/samples/CLUSTALW/ty3.aln.gz"
      2. Select some area with mouse near the right bottom corner of the visible sequence area.
      3. Use arrow keys to move the selection to the right so that sequence area is scrolled.
      4. Select a sequence in the middle of the name list area that wasn't included in the previous selection.
      5. Press the down key.
      Expected state: the selection has moved one row down, the visible sequence area hasn't changed.
      Current state: the selection has moved one row down, MSA view has been scrolled so that the selected sequence is the top visible sequence.
