Align sequences to a reference in the Alignment Editor

      Description

      See UGENE-4067. A possibility to align sequences to a consensus were added into the Alignment Editor. It might be also useful to add an option to align sequences to a reference sequence.

      Besides the cases described in UGENE-4067, it may be also useful to align to a reference of sequences that are already present in the alignment.
