      Description

      See UGENE-4067. A simple alignment algorithm is used when the MAFFT tool is not available.

      It may be better and faster to use MAFFT in some cases instead of this algorithm, so it may be helpful to inform a user somehow about that possibility.

      For example, show a notification to a user about MAFFT and it's configuration.
