Access conflict may occur when running raw NGS workflows

      Description

      The issue is reproduced on the command line.
      Raw NGS workflows use "filtered_fastq" and "run" folders to store temporary files. When several workflows are launched simultaneously, access to temporary files can cause conflicts.

      When bug is fixed restore xml tests from "CMDLine ugene common tests/workflow_samples" suite
