PhyML tree building hangs for large alignments

      Description

      When the PhyML tool is used to build the tree a warning appears similar to

      WARNING: this analysis requires at least 344 MB of memory space.

      PhyML pauses and asks the user to confirm continuation of the execution of the building. This situation is not processed in UGENE, so the building hangs. It is necessary to add "--no_memory_check" option for PhyML to fix the problem.
