Import action presents in context menu for read-only user

      Description

      1. Connect to the test shared database as "read_only_tester".
      2. Open context menu for a sequence object in the Project View.
      Bug state: menu item "Export/Import"->"Import annotations from CSV file" is present.

      When bug is fixed additional check should be added to test
      GUITest_regression_scenarios_test_3035
