Several BAM-files do no contain Sanger quality scores.
For example: \\ugene-quad-ubuntu\test\bam_large\5961_1#0.bam
So, BAM->ugenedb->SAM converting can add non standart quality scores into a SAM-file. This SAM file will not be opened by UGENE.
Expected changes:
if a quality score is not the Sanger quality then write "*" into a SAM-file during a convertation.
