Labels position on CV

Labels positioning on the Circular View is very strange.

1. The labels are sometimes moved down, if there is enough empty space near the annotation (EGFP_C_primer).
2. Sometimes the labels disappear. This happens when I rotate a circular sequence.
3. Some labels are too close to each other for no reason (e.g. CMV_fwd_primer & EGFP_N_primer), for others it is better to locate them more closely to improve the view (EcoO109I & ApaLI).
