Incorrect UGENE version in crash report

      Description

      I reproduced UGENE-4345 on 1.16.2 version on UGENE FULL 64-bit package on Mac OS X. The version is specified correctly in the log, when UGENE starts:

      UGENE started
      UGENE version: 1.16.2 64-bit
      UGENE distribution: portable full

      However, UGENE version in the crash report is incorrect:

      UGENE version: 1.16.2 x86
