New document from text: equal sequence names

1. File -> New document from text.
2. Set some output file location.
3. Type the data:
>test
AAAA
>test
CCCC
4. Click "Create".
=> The created document has two objects with the same name. It is impossible to open the second object. If you just open a file with such content then the name of the second object will be changed.
