UGENE Genome Aligner shows an incorrect message if used doesn't have enough permissions to save the result file

Use UGENE Genome Aligner to align some reads to some reference, set a read-only folder as destination.
Currently error message is not clear enough:
[ERROR][16:01] Task

{Dna assembly task}

finished with error: Subtask

{DnaAssemblyMultiTask}

is failed: Subtask

{Align short reads}

is failed: Error opening SQLite database: unable to open database file!
The "Align Sequencing Reads" dialog should check the destination folder and notify user if there is no possibility to write the result.
