An incorrect object is opened if there are several objects with the same name in the document

Scenario to reproduce:

1. Open "data/samples/FASTA/human_T1.fa".
2. Open "data/samples/FASTQ/eas.fastq".
3. Call context menu on the "human_T1.fa" document, select {Add -> Add object to document...}

   menu item. Add any sequence object.
   Expected state: "human_T1.fa" document contains two sequence objects.

4. Rename both objects to "123".
   Expected state: "human_T1.fa" document contains two sequence objects with the same names.
5. Open the second object.
   Expected state: the second object is opened. Also, you can open the first object.
   Current state: the first object is opened. There is no possibility to open the second object at all.
