Opening SAM files causes assert

      Description

      SAM files should be opened by importer not by SAMFormat.
      To reproduce the issue, try to open a SAM file by pasting Ctrl+V in the project, or to open a SAM file without extension, e.g.:
      1. Rename file samples\Assembly\Chrm.sam by removing its extension
      2. Open file in UGENE
      3. Select file type 'SAM' in the appeared dialog, and accept the dialog
      Expected state: Import dialog for SAM files has appeared
      Actual state: UGENE fails on assert in SAMFormat.cpp file
