      Description

      From a tutorial describing cloning in UGENE:

      Save your mutated pet sequence under a new name, for instance: HBG1_NM_000559_NdeI-XhoI.gb
      This is not straightforward; do:

      • Right-click (Apple-click) the mutated “Object” in the left panel.
      • Select “Export Document”. This hopefully saves your mutated sequence with annotations.

      Therefore, it may be move obvious for users to have "Save as" item in the "File" main menu. The item might have a hotkey.
