Add "Extract annotations" option to the "Settings" group of the "In Silico PCR" tab of the options panel.
The option should have three values in the combo-box:
- "Inner"
- "All intersected"
- "None"
Value "Inner" must be selected by default. When this value is selected, the extracted PCR product must contain annotations from the original sequence, located within the extracted region.
Value "All intersected" specifies that all annotations of the original sequence that intersect the extracted region must be extracted as well.
Annotations of the PCR product that intersect the borders of the region must have an additional qualifier "warning" with value "This is only a part of the original annotation. The annotation was truncated by PCR product extraction."
Value "None" specifies that annotations from the original sequence must not be extracted.
