"Export Image" dialog layout is broken

      Description

      Since UGENE-3434 was done, "Export Image" dialog got a broken layout:

      1. Open "_common_data/fasta/400000_symbols_msa.fasta".
      2. Click "Export as image" button on the toolbar.
      3. Set SVG as output format.
        Expected state: a notification is shown.
        Current state: a notification is shown, dialog's layout breaks.
