      Description

      Scenario to reproduce:

      1. Open a sequence that contains "ACGT".
      2. Show any graph for the sequence.
        Expected state: the graph is shown or there is a notification with a reason of graph building failure and an error entry in the log.
        Current state: the graph is not shown, there is a gray render area with a message "Graph is rendering..."
