Some graph labels ignore scrolling

      Description

      Scenario

      1. Open "data/samples/FASTA/human_T1.fa".
      2. Build any graph for the sequence.
      3. Zoom in the graph.
      4. Press and hold Shift, then click twice on the graph with a pause between clicks (it shouldn't be a doubleclick).
      5. Scroll the graph.
        Expected state: the label is scrolled away.
        Current state: the graph is scrolled, but the label is still shown in the same place.
