Allow to collapse errors and warnings on the Workflow Designer dashboard

If a running workflow produces many error and warning messages then it is uncomfortably to inspect them: a problems widget is tiny and it cannot be resized.
If there are many errors they should be collapsed into one entry with a possibility to expand them. This entry should have a producer name and errors and warnings count (5 errors, 10 warnings).
