Exporting Circular View as image with non-default size is incorrect

Scenario to reproduce:

1. Open "data/samples/Genbank/NC_014267.1.gb".
2. Call context menu on the Circular View, select {Export -> Save circular view as image...}

   menu item.
   Expected state: an "Export Image" dialog is shown.

3. Set height to 1000 pixels. Accept the dialog.
   Expected state: a circular sequence and annotation labels are fit into the available space.
   Current state: labels don't fit into the available space (see the attached screenshot).
