Undo/redo actions are not available right after opening view

Scenario to reproduce 1:

1. Open "data/samples/CLUSTALW/COI.aln".
2. Do any change in the msa.
   Expected state: undo action is enabled, redo action is disabled.
3. Close the view.
4. Open view again.
   Expected state: undo action is enabled.
   Current state: undo action is disabled.

Scenario to reproduce 2:

1. Open "data/samples/CLUSTALW/COI.aln".
2. Do any change in the msa.
3. Undo the modification.
   Expected state: undo action is disabled, redo action is enabled.
4. Close the view.
5. Open view again.
   Expected state: redo action is enabled.
   Current state: redo action is disabled.
