Msa consensus is exported incorrectly on exporting a region to image

      Description

      Scenario to reproduce:

      1. Open "data/samples/CLUSTALW/COI.aln.
      2. Select an area: take first 8 sequences an a region (2..12).
      3. Click "Export as image" button in the toolbar.
      4. Click "Select" button, use predefined selection. Check "Include consensus" option. Accept the dialog.
        Current state: see an attached screenshot. Some consensus characters are incorrect (e.g. 11).
