Circular view has incorrect zoom with large number of annotations

      Description

      1. Open "A01.abi"
      2. Press "Find restriction sites" tool button
      3. Press "Select All" in the appeared dialog
      4. Press "Ok" and wait for finishing task
      5. Press "Show circular view"
      Current state:
      Circular view has very large scale and "zoom out" button is disabled(See the attachment)
