Use one dialog for image export from different views

There are different kinds of ways and dialog styles of image exporting in UGENE:
1) Tree View: a toolbar button for a popup with two different export buttons (SVG and other formats).
2) 3D image: context menu button.
3) WD: main menu "Action" -> Export workflow as image. The icon of the action is different (not a camera picture). It has a hotkey Ctrl+Shift+S, other exporters don't.
4) Sequence View and MSA Editor have image exporting of a similar style, but as I know, internally they are based on different architectural decisions.

Make image exporting in UGENE in one graphical and architectural style.
