      Description

      1. Open COI.aln
      2. Open "pairwise alignment" OP tab. Set some sequences, set "in new window" parameter to "false"
      3. Press align button
      4. Press undo button.
      Expected: Alignment is reverted to initial state
      Actual: Only one sequence revereted
