Unhandled action in Statistics Context Menu

      Description

      1. Open any sequence
      2. Context menu: Statistics
        Expected state: new window/tab with statistics is opened
      3. Right click on statistics
        Current state: there is one action - "Settings" that does nothing.

      Add correct behavior of that action (find out what it should do) or remove the context menu at all if the action is redundant.
