Update restriction sites map

Scenario:

1. Open the CV of some sequence.
   Expected state: the restriction sites map on the right contains selected sites from the dialog.
2. Go to the Restriction sites dialog and select different set of sites.
3. Accept the dialog.
   Current state: map stays the same until you hide and open CV again
   Expected state: the restriction sites map updated and contains new selected sites.
