Multi-line Details View: basic visualization

Add a checkable button "Wrap sequence" to local toolbar on Details view.
When the button is checked:

• the sequence is displayed in a few rows,
• vertical scroll bar appears (if it is needed).

Other requirements:

• The initial size of Details view should not be changed on check-unckeck button action
• Pay attention to Translations and Complementary visibility buttons: if user hides translations/complement strand there should not be a lot of empty space between sequence rows – all should be repainted well, spaces should be shortened
• Support correct selection in case of multi-line view
• Annotations should also be displayed correctly: be cut at the end of the line and start again on a new line
• Add counters for multi-line, translations (all actions!) and complimentary strand actions
• Export Image should work correctly
