Analysis: specification of variants visualization in the Sequence View

Variants must be visualized in the Sequence View as annotations.

Provide details on how variants should be embedded into the Sequence View components, especially Annotations Editor, and how this affects other features in the SV (annotations highlighting, algorithms, etc.).

Also, analyze visualization of variants in the Project View.
