Translations updates

Polina proposed to modified it like this, however I think this must not be translated like that as this item also affects annotations object.

This was not in the scope of the original modification, however, please modify this menu as follows:
"Add"
"Annotations object..."
"New annotation..."
"New qualifier..."
"Работа с аннотациями"
"Добавить объект аннотаций..."
"Создать аннотацию..."
"Создать квалификатор..."

(Feedback from the team about these translations are welcome.)

Notice that the order of the items in the menu was also changed.
