Default ugenedb file path for SAM file from samples

Consider the following use case:

1. OS is Windows. There is no writing permissions for the "Program Files" folder.
2. Install UGENE and start it for the first time.
3. Opens the sample SAM file:

   "C:/Program Files/Unipro UGENE/data/samples/Assembly/chrM.sam"
   

   Expected state: The "Import SAM File" dialog appears.

4. Confirm the exporting with default settings.
   Expected state: The file has been successfully exported and the Assembly Browser windows has appeared.
   Current state: An error occurs because the default name of the imported ugenedb file is:

   C:/Program Files/Unipro UGENE/data/samples/Assembly/chrM.sam.ugenedb
