An alignment shouldn't be modified until the mouse button release

      Description

      Scenario:

      1. Open an alignment.
      2. Select a region.
      3. Hold the left mouse button.
      4. Move the region to the right and move it back to the original location.
      5. Release the button.
        Current state: the alignment has been changed - its length is greater than the original one.
        Expected state: the length shouldn't be changed, the region hasn't been shifted.
