      Description

      1. Open a sequence: human_T1.fa.
      2. Run Primer3.
        Expected: several primers are found.
      3. Run in silico PCR with valid primers. E.g: CCAAAGTTGAAATGAAGGA and CGAGAGATCCGCTGT.
      4. Extract product.
        Actual: there is a safe point is debug and crash in release.
