      Description

      Implement Copy/Paste mechanism in the Annotations Editor, according to this document: https://ugene.unipro.ru/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=16124928.

      For now, there is no action to copy annotations in the Annotations Editor.
      The paste action is also not available in the GUI, but there is some commented source code for this action.
