Pasting of complex data from clipboard to UGENE do not show dialogs

      Description

      Pasting to the Project View should act like "File->Open".

      For now, the pasted data are processed silently. For example, UGENE should ask a user:

      • How to open a multi-FASTA file: as separate sequences or as an alignment.
      • How to open an ACE file: as an alignment or as an assembly.
