      Description

      HMMER3 is a newer and optimized version of HMMER2. There is no need to keep both versions in UGENE.

      During this task at least the following considerations must be taken into account:
      1) HMMER workflows in the Workflow Designer must use HMM3.
      2) Back-compatibility of HMMER workflow must be analyzed.
