Update the downloads web page on the UGENE web site. It must recognize a user client operating system and offer to download an online installer for the recognized OS.
Also the link to a web page with all packages (as the current downloads web page) must provides.
If it is impossible to recognize an OS then the all packages web page must be opened automatically.
The all packages web page must contain the links to online installers too. An online installer must be on the first position for each OS category.
