Scenario:
- In the main menu select "Tools > BLAST > BLAST+ search".
- In the appeared "Request to Local BLAST Database" dialog select the following input file: "test/_common_data/scenarios/external_tools/blast/SequenceLength_00003000.txt".
Expected state: the dialog has been resized.
Bug state: the dialog buttons are hidden under the lower edge of the screen, if the screen resolution is small.
