Crash on aligning two sequence with MUSCLE

Aligning of the attached two sequences with MUSCLE results in crash.

Fix this. Make sure it works both in the Alignment Editor and in the WD.

In case there is not enough memory, write the message in the notification box:

There is not enough memory to align these sequences with MUSCLE.
