32 bit Python can not be started on OS X 10.6

Try to run Python from the 32 bit external tool package for OS X on OS X 10.6. You will get the error:

A possible solution here is to change the downloads page:

1. Provide the links to 32 bit packages of UGENE 1.18 for OS X 10.5.
2. Provide the links to 64 bit packages of UGENE 1.18 for OS X 10.6.

It will prevent users from using of 32 bit versions of UGENE on OS X 10.6.
