- Click Next, ..., Apply.
- Click the element "Read Sequence".
Actual state: The name of the dataset is "Dataset 1". - Open wizard.
Actual state: The name of the dataset is "chrM.fa". Why? - Add a new dataset.
- Set the reference file "data/samples/Assembly/chrM.fa".
- Add the assembly file "data/samples/Assembly/chrM.sorted.bam".
- Click Next, ..., Apply.
- Click the element "Read Sequence".
Actual state: The name of the new dataset is "Dataset 2". - Open wizard.
Actual state: The name of the new dataset is "chrM.fa". - Add a new dataset.
- Set the reference file "data/samples/Assembly/chrM.fa".
- Add the assembly file "data/samples/Assembly/chrM.sorted.bam".
- Click Next, ..., Apply.
- Click the element "Read Sequence".
Actual state: the names of datasets are "chrM.fa", "chrM.fa", "Dataset 3".
If you run the workflow it will finish with the error "Not enough assemblies".
