Invalid export in fpkm-tracking format

Scenario:

1. Open "murine.gb".
2. Select a few annotations.
3. Export them to the fpkm-tracking format.
4. Open the result file.
   Current state: there are two objects called "-" and "tracking_id".
5. Try to drag and drop them on the sequence
   Current state: error message appears "Cannot add object".
   Expected state: there is only one object in the exported file and it is opened successfully.
