Draw all restriction sites in the same orbit on CV

This is a user request. The user searches for a lot of restriction sites at the same time.

In the current UGENE version, the intersected sites are shown on different orbits in the Circular View (see the screenshot). It is not handy in this case.

Instead:

1. The restriction sites must be drawn on the same orbit. The current color of this piece of the CV may be determined by the currently selected annotation similarly as in the SV.
2. When one of the annotations in the region is clicked, info about all annotations must be shown (as in the SV, see the screenshot).
