      Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Open chrM.sorted.bam from samples
      2. In context menu select "Consensus algorithm->SAMTools"
      3. Try scrolling assembly by mouse
      Expected state: Scrolling work fast
      Current state: Scrolling works slowly and sometimes freezes
