The strange error "MyDocument.gb already exists" with long time running tasks

One of examples:

1. Open P16152.txt from samples
2. Click "Query NCBI BLAST database" on the toolbar.
3. In the appeared dialog click "Search".
4. Click 'Predict secondary structure' on the toolbar.
5. In the appeared dialog click "OK", click "Save".
6. In the appeared dialog set the same file as for BLAST results.
7. Click "Create"
   After the end of the remote BLAST task the program shows the following error notification:

   'RemoteBLASTTask' task failed: File MyDocument.gb already exists
