Sometimes program crashes when build HMMER3 profile

      Description

      HMMER3 has it's own error processing with using exeptions, but UGENE do not catches and not processes this exceptions.

      See method throwUHMMER3Exception at hmmer3_funcs.cpp.

      Also we get crash reports with this exceptions: http://ugene.net/ugenecrashes?id=8269
