      Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Click in main menu "Tools->Multiple Seauence Alignment->Align with ClustalW"
      Expected state: Showed dialog Align with ClustalW
      2. Select any input and output files
      3. Click Align
      Expected state: The alignment task started.
      Current state: Showed same dialog with filled fields.
