Signal about wrong annotation name

1. Open "data/sample/Genbank/murine.gb".
2. Click an annotation in the annotation tree.
3. Press F2.
4. Set a string with russian letters to "Annotation name".
5. Click "Edit".
   => A message box appears.

Usually in UGENE line edits with wrong data are pink colored and a hint is shown. Consider how to improve this concept and use it here.
