An annotation selection is drawn wrong on the translation frame

Scenario:

1. Open "data/sample/Genbank/murine.gb".
2. Go to 590 position.
3. Click to the annotation (2..590) to select it.
4. Scroll the sequence to the left and right by arrow keys. Look at the second translation frame.
   Current state: the selection right end jumps.
