"Smith-Waterman Search" produces an incorrect alignment on search in translations

      Description

      Scenario:

      1. Open "data/samples/Genbank/murine.gb".
      2. Click the "Find Pattern [Smith-Waterman]" button on the toolbar.
      3. Enter a pattern: "K*KTPPVGGKLA*VTP", select the "Search in translation" option.
      4. Set "Save result as" to "Multiple alignment" value on the "Input and Output" tab. Start the search.
        Expected state: two results are found.
      5. Open any result.
        Current state: the first sequence is nucleotide, the second sequence is amino acid.
        Expected state: both sequences are amino acid.
